Popis:	This article presents a clinical case of late diagnosis of trichinosis, complicated by infectious-allergic myocarditis in a patient with obesity of the third grade. The above example proves necessity for increased vigilance in interpreting the clinical symptoms of the disease based on epidemiological history.
