Popis: | Obstetric bleeding continues to be one of the most severe complications of pregnancy and childbirth. According to the statistical data of obstetric institutions of the USSR and foreign countries, the frequency of hypotensive bleeding has tended to increase in recent years. Over the past decades, they inevitably occupy one of the first places among the causes of maternal mortality. All pregnant women at risk of hypotonic bleeding should be hospitalized at 38 weeks of gestation for comprehensive prenatal care, including the administration of estrogen, glucose, ascorbic acid, antispasmodic and sedatives. |
