The purpose of this work is to describe the mechanism of introduction of modern personnel technologies at the company "CHINA TRAVEL"LLC. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved:: 1.describe the current research directions in the field of personnel management; 2.introduce the concept of personnel technology, describe and classify personnel technologies; 3.describe the approaches to personnel management in the enterprise. 4.to reveal the mechanism of introduction of modern personnel technologies. 5.develop recommendations for improving the personnel management system in the form of a project for the introduction of new personnel management technologies in CHINA TRAVEL LLC. Research methods. Theoretical analysis of the literature, observation, analysis of documents, analysis of the economic results of the enterprise. Practical significance. The results can be applied in the practice of personnel management in a travel organization. In addition, the results of the research can find practical application in other business sectors, not only in tourism. |
