Popis: Summary We present a case of poly-agglutinability syndrome associated with non-Hodgkin lymphoma observed in a 45-year-old woman hospitalized for asthenia, pallor, and cervical lymphadenopathy and no fever in previous history. Poly-agglutination syndrome was fortuitously discovered during erythrocyte grouping. Tn poly-agglutination is strongly suspected in pancytopenia, inconclusive bone marrow results and the absence of infection in the patient. This hypothesis could not be confirmed because we did not have lectin Dolichos biflorus, Ulex europaeus, Salvia horminum, Salvia sclarea and Arachis hypogoea nor treatment with papain nor with polybrene. In our case, the delay between the onset of this poly-agglutinability syndrome and malignant lymphoma has not been established. This possible association, found in this patient, justifies the need for careful clinical observation of patients with syndrome of poly-agglutinability in blood grouping.
