Popis: | Two coordination polymers containing Co(II) ions as the metal source have been prepared by the hydrothermal reaction, and their chemical formulae are {[Co(Hnbta)(bimm)](3H2O)}n (1) and {[Co1.5(nbta)(pyim)(H2O)](2H2O)}n (2) (pyim = N-(4-pyridylmethyl)imidazole, bimm = bis(imidazol-1-yl)methane and H3nbta = 5-nitro-1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid) and. The application values of the new compound in the later rehabilitation of fracture patients were assessed and the detailed mechanism was investigated as well. First of all, the Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) content and Fibroblast growth factor (FGF) content was evaluated with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit, and the results indicated compound 1 was much stronger than compound 2 on increasing the VEGF and FGF content. In addition to this, the activation levels of the Wingless-type (Wnt) signaling pathway in mesenchymal stem cells was followed by western blotting assay, the data suggested that compound 1 could up-regulated the activation levels of the Wnt signaling pathway. |
