Popis: This is a case of Acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis otherwise known as AGEP or toxic pustuloderma. This is an uncommon drug eruption charactised by superficial sterile pustules. AGEP is classified as a severe cutaneous adverse reaction to a prescribed drug. AGEP is a rare drug rash with an annual incidence of 1-5 cases per million. We feel this is a good case for Athena as it covers drug eruptions and pustular eruptiona.
