Research on the Rapid Response Production Preparation System for Compressor Blades of Aero-Engine

Popis: For improving currently the low manufacturing level and the long cycle of the production reparation period of aero-engine compressor blades, the rapid response production preparation system for compressor blades was proposed. Blade product line data was managed based on the process main model by the PDM platform to finish data sharing and integration. With the support of the process master model technology and the technical maturity, the cooperation of the process design and the process equipment design was achieved. Three subsystems about blade production were developed and integrated based on the PDM. It is proved that the system can improve the efficiency of the CNC processing and quality of compressor blades, meanwhile it can improve the utilization rate of CNC equipments, and excavate the potential of blade production lines.
