Popis:	I read with interest the article by Gadomski et al entitled Efficacy of Albuterol in the Management of Bronchiolitis.1 It is a thoughtful study regarding an important question with careful attention to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. However, I have the following three concerns. First of all, I am curious as to why the authors chose to measure outcomes at 30 and 60 minutes. The peak impact of nebulized albuterol is 1 to 2 hours after treatment while that of oral albuterol is 2 to 3 hours after the dose.
