Popis: | Current conceptions concerning pathogenetic mechanisms of the chronic kidney diseasedevelopment in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis are given in the article. Theresults of the present investigations both in Ukraine and in the world, indicating an increase of the kidney comorbid pathology frequency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, are shown at.The aim of the work is to analyse the issue state of the mutual influence of the chronickidney disease progress and rheumatoid arthritis in the current medical literature.Data about specific features of the immune factors imbalance at the presence ofrheumatoid arthritis which have high relationship with the renal tissue and providerealization of cytokine damage of the kidney tissue, are cited in the article. Different kindsof the kidney damage in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and pathogeneticmechanisms, leading to it, are given in the paper. The role of the immune factors, coagulation system, cellular dysfunctions at various types of injury in patients withrheumatoid arthritis have been revealed.Conclusions. Having analysed the accessible literary sources, it is possible to affirm thatmechanisms of the development of rheumatoid arthritis and chronic kidney diseaseagainst a background of the given pathology are interdependent because of the similarrealization of the action of the cellular and molecular inflammatory mediators, revealedboth at rheumatoid arthritis and chronic renal disease. Attention should be paid to thestudying of the mechanisms of the combined mutual aggravation of the clinical course anddevelopment of the chronic kidney disease against a background of rheumatoid arthritis, that will help in the choice and optimization of the treatment technique and conduction ofpatients with the aforesaid combined comorbidity pathology of the kidneys andrheumatoid arthritis. |
