BIM technology is the hot issues on construction engineering project development and application in and abroad currently. BIM technology had been widely developed in foreign countries after the Americans brought up the BIM concept in the 1970s. They had got good results in the actual application as well as many valuable achievements and experience. We focused on the present situation and application of BIM technology from the international view, and then we summarized the trend of the studies on the application of BIM technology in foreign countries. We have tried to provide a new revelation on construction projects of BIM technology in our country by the comprehensive cognition. They got the thought of experiences and the application train. |
