Popis:	In the clinical education of prosthodontics, it is significant to teach basic prosthodontic principles with the decision making process as well as technical procedures. In this study, a computeraided consulting system for mastering denture adjustment procedures (expert system for dentureadjustments) was developed. The evaluation of the system was done in 16 dental students with thesimulated situation using color slides of a clinical denture adjustment case.Following results were obtained:1. The decision making process of denture adjustment procedures was converted into thecomputer consulting system using the production rules.2. The simulation using this system was proven to be effective.3. Students also could understand the significance of learning the decision making process indenture adjustments by this system easier than conventional text books.
