Popis: This paper analyzed the process of seismic response and earthquake-resistant behavior of precast concrete structures as well as their design approach. The studied structural systems include moment frames and shear walls. The key research objects in this paper would be the connections between the precast structural members and between the members at the base and the foundation because of the dominance characteristics of these connections within structures in the seismic resistant behavior. At last, after analyzing the development and innovation about seismic resistant precast concrete structure and comparing performance-based and energy-based design approach, this paper concludes that the performance-based design allows more innovations and we still need to have accurate calculation methods for the energy dissipation mechanisms at the local and system level.
