This project is the initial validation of two novel measures. The Meaningful Employment Environment Scale (MEES) captures self-perceptions of how well their present employment environments can be considered meaningful across multiple dimensions. The Declining-Thriving Type Indicator (DTTI) captures self-perceptions of one's current employment outlooks. |
