Popis: In the study, cystic formations obtained from the gills, body cavity and internal organs of some fish species belonging to the Scombridae family were investigated. Fish materials were obtained from Çanakkale Fish Market. The fish were sampled for six months according to the frequency of their presence in the stalls. In the study, chub mackerel (Scomber japonicus Houttuyn, 1782) and mackerel (Scomber scombrus Linnaeus, 1758) were determined as the main fish samples. The bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus Linnaeus, 1758) caught with certain rules between May and July, and samples were also obtained and included in the study based on samples. Samples isolated from gills, body cavities and internal organs were kept in tubes containing absolute ethanol with infected tissue and examined under a stereo and then a light microscope and species identifications were performed using classical methods. Molecular methods were used for identification of nematodes where no clear species could be determined. Fifty cystic and free nematode, 50 didymozoon cysts and 80 (53 female, 27 male) parasitic copepods were isolated from total the samples. Parasitic copepods isolated from bluefin tuna fishes were identified as Euryphorus brachypterus(Gerstaecker, 1853), and those isolated from mackerel as Clavellisa scombri(Kurz, 1877).
