Popis:	Liposomes as carriers for antifungal agents for topical use have been discussed since 1979 [9]. Since most of the work has been done with systemic antifungals (especially amphotericin B), only a few publications deal with the topical application which is related to the cosmetic field [7]. The imidazole derivatives were the first antifungals to be investigated for their interaction with fatty acyl groups [10] and with free fatty acids [9]. Due to the known interactions of some imidazoles with lipid bilayers [1], the liposome structure has to be carefully selected.
