Popis: | When using modern spectrally-efficient modulation, such as QAM, APSK, etc with a high peak-factor, linear power amplifiers are required. One of the linearization methods is the Cartesian feedback, which effectively suppress the 3rd-order intermodulation components, provided that the phase in the loop is accurately settled. In article, the results of development integrated Cartesian feedback with automatic phase adjustment and 5-mW power amplifier are described. The frequency range is 0.4...30 MHz. Phase error does not exceed 5 degrees. The amplifier with a linearization system is designed in process 180 nm CMOS. |
