ÐоÑле ÑÑого пÑоведен ÑÑавниÑелÑнÑй анализ внепеÑной обÑабоÑки ÑÑали, а именно ÑÑавнение даннÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ пÑоÑеÑÑÑ Ð²Ð°ÐºÑÑмиÑованиÑ, пÑоÑеÑÑÑ Ð¿ÑодÑвки инеÑÑнÑм газом и пÑоÑеÑÑÑ Ð´Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñоволоки. ÐоÑле ÑÑого пÑÐ¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑÑеннÑÑ ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов и оÑоÑÐ¼Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð²ÑводÑ. ÐÑиведен ÑпиÑок лиÑеÑаÑÑÑÑ Ð¸ пÑиложениÑ, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñе Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ð¸ÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑабоÑÑ. This work is devoted to the comparison of the costs and receipts of materials and heat of various melts, the data from which are presented in the passports. Tasks to be solved in the course of work: 1) Analyze the production technology 2) Draw conclusions and give an assessment based on the results of paragraph Based on the literature that was reviewed before writing the work, a detailed introduction to the topics related to this topic of the work was carried out. Familiarization with the history of the oxygen converter, analysis of their types was made, the topic of out-of-furnace processing and continuous billet casting machine was touched upon, as well as those steel grades that are indicated in the melting passports, on the basis of which the calculations were carried out, were considered. Then the calculations of the material and heat balance themselves are carried out. The calculation process is described for a single passport taken for thorough consideration â MMK8. The calculation of the amount and composition of the slag, the amount of steel obtained from 100 kg of cast iron, the amount and composition of the gas coming out of the converter is carried out. After that, the calculation of the heat input and consumption, the calculation of the main dimensions of the converter, as well as the calculation of heat loss through the converter and the subsequent refinement of the results of the calculation of the heat balance. After that, a comparative analysis of out-of-furnace steel processing was carried out, namely, a comparison of data on the vacuuming process, the inert gas purging process and the wire addition process. After that, the results were analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The list of references and applications necessary for writing the work is given. |
