Drilling operation is a nonlinear system with characteristics of uncertainty, dynamic and correlation, etc. Back-Propagation (BP)neural network has good fitting ability and data generalization ability for samples with nonlinear changes, and good processing ability for uncertain problems. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) can qualitatively and quantitatively solve problems of hierarchical and multi-objective weight decision, which makes up for the problem that BP neural network algorithm cannot calculate the weight of input nodes. Therefore, this paper combines BP neural network with Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a drilling operation safety evaluation model, which can effectively predict drilling operation accidents and draw drilling operation risk situation. |
