Popis:	The effect of metallurgical inheritance on the structure and mechanical properties of semiproducts from alloy 01570 of the Al – Mg – Sc system is studied by x-ray phase analysis, electron microscopy, x-ray energy dispersive analysis, tensile tests and electron fractography. The structure of the ingot and the conditions of the deformation and of the heat treatment are shown to affect the structure and properties of the semiproducts.
