Popis: | The data obtained by the ESCA-investigation of ∼250 coordination compounds of Pd, Pt, Rh, Ir, Re allowed us to establish the dependence of binding energy of a metal upon its oxidation number and the composition of a complex, to compose a series of ligands by their ability to draw electron density off a metal, to consider donor-acceptor properties of neutral ligands, to find partial ligand contributions to a binding energy shift of a metal and to analyse some aspects of ligand interrelation, the trans-influence of multiple bonded ligands in particular. |
