Popis:	The article describes the characteristics of modern methods of extracting biologically active compounds from various types of plant materials. The characteristics of the advantages and disadvantages of such methods as: ultrasonic extraction method, extraction with liquefied gases, extraction with liquefied gases, electro-explosive extraction of biologically active compounds, electric discharge extraction, extraction using vibration exposure are given.
