Popis: | ATMs have become a prominent part of banking and finance system in India. ATM is widely deployed to cater banking needs of the customer. One of the objectives of ATM is to reduce the hustle and bustle which are involved in a transaction when done through the teller. Nowaday’s, function of ATM is not limited to cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, and so forth, but ATM now can be used for fund transfer, passbook printing, etc. Still cash withdrawal is the most frequent operation that the customer performs on ATM. This research aims to identify opportunities for change in the current ATM cash withdrawal process and to suggest an efficient cash withdrawal process flow. Study is carried out on an ATM simulator, designed specifically for the research. |
