During the heat treatment of quenched plasticized PVC samples the maximum value of dipole-segmental losses tan δmax decreases. Most considerable variations in tan δmax take place at temperatures of heat treatment, corresponding to the range of transition from the glassy to the high elastic state. The extent to which the non-equilibrium structure approximates to the equilibrium, and in the region of high elasticity—the degree to which the structure of quenched samples deviates from the equilibrium state, are factors determining the variations of tan δmax during heat treatment in the glassy state. |
