This study aims to describe and explain the form of legal responsibility for fund transfer providers in terms of several laws related to fund transfer activities, especially for laws and regulations governing the legal responsibilities of fund transfer providers. in this case the Bank in the event of an error in the transfer of funds is reviewed from Law Number 3 of 2011 concerning Funds Transfer. This research is based on legal cover for bank customers who use fund transfer services if the organizer of the fund transfer activity makes a mistake. This research method uses normative or doctrinal, the data collection process is carried out by reviewing literature that is relevant to the problems written by the author. The result of this research is a form of legal responsibility for implementing the fund transfer agenda based on Law No. 3 of 2011 concerning Fund Transfers is an absolute liability without any possible defense from the organizers of the transfer of funds. |
