Popis:	Wistar rats were injected intravenously with cod liver oil emulsion. The lipid droplets were phagocytized by Kupffer cells and stored in lysosomes. The transformation of these lipid-containing lysosomes into ceroid pigment granules was studied electron-microscopically and cytochemically for a period of 12 weeks after the injection.
