Popis: | In Switzerland, for forensic science laboratories, which are analysing traces of crime scenes for the DNA database, it is mandatory to be accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025. One of the quality assurances is that the laboratories have to participate in proficiency tests every year. Since 2011, our laboratory is responsible for the organisation and preparation of two annual swiss interlaboratory proficiency tests (CH-RV). Nowadays, nine laboratories participate regularly in the proficiency test, most of those laboratories are working already a long time in forensic science, others normally do only paternity test in their daily work. In this paper, we present the reasons for a swiss proficiency test, as well as the history of the organisation of a proficiency test for a small number of participants. |
