The Flexible Extending IIoT System with Multi-Transferring Path Applied in the Industry 4.0

Popis: In this paper, the study presents the IIoT node design solution to transmit and receive sensor data in three well-known protocols in the field of IoT and Industrial IoT (IIoT): NB-IoT, Bluetooth and WiFi. Additionally, the IIoT gateway based on the Industry PC (IPC) is developed to connect CNC machine tool and Bluetooth/WiFi IIoT node to implement various smart machinery application in the Industry 4.0. The acquired sensor values in the actual testing show the advantages of using multi-transmission path in several scenarios by utilizing the best sensor data exchange between IIoT nodes and Cloud data server. They include chip conveying, filtering systems, axial driven tool holder and 5-axis vertical machining center. All obtained sensor data will upload to Cloud data server using MQTT protocol to monitor and to perform big data analysis.
