Popis: | The influence of intermolecular interaction between point defects, which are moving pinning points for dislocations, on the length distribution of dislocation segments is discussed. The distribution function is analyzed by Monte Carlo numerical modeling. It is shown that a length distribution can be described in the absence of external stresses by an exponential function that may differ from the Kohler function at high defect concentrations. Intermolecular interaction of defects changes the distribution function, which, with time, also becomes nearly exponential, but with different values of the parameters. |
