Popis:	An immunocorrective effect of current methods of detoxication in experimental acute destructive pancreatitis was studied on 40 mongrel male dogs with body mass 13-15 kg. It was found that destructive pancreatitis is associated with a decrease in immunological reactivity, mainly in T-cell immunity component. Application of spleen xeno and ultraviolet irradiation of autoblood proved most effective as early treatment. On treatment day 3-7 immunological indices recovered and even increased after hemosorption.
