Popis: | Fennel, Coriander, Cumin and Thyme are some important spices of family Apiaceae, which are attacked by a large number of fungal patho-gen during preharvest period. Many pathogen get associated with seeds during storage. This preharvest mycoflora not only causes seed dete-rioration but also make seed unfit for human consumption. Present study deals with the com-parative dynamics of preharvest seed mycoflora associated with four economically important crops of family Apiaceae, widely grown in Bareil-ly region. The comparative behaviour of the fungal species with each crop species is dis-cussed. |
