Popis: | We have analyzed deformation processes that arise between contacting surfaces with different physicomechanical characteristics in static loading. It has been established that the strength properties of surface layers and the evolution of the surface exert a determining influence on the resistance to contact loading and the surface evolution, all other factors being equal. For borochromized steel, whose micro-hardness ranges from 18 to 22 GPа, the approach occurs as a result of the brittle fracture of microasperities and their elastic interaction with the material of the rider. |
