Popis: | The pore development in nickel- and aluminium-based alloys during their interaction with alkaline was studied by the methods of low-temperature adsorption and capillary condensation of argon. The data obtained were explained by a mechanism in which the pore spacing is controlled by the segregation of nickel and aluminium within the alloy at the leach reaction front. This mechanism is only valid for the alloys without oxidizable additives and only up to a certain degree of leaching, after which the process of nickel particle aggregation begins to prevail. The development of pore space then occurs via diffusion in microvolumes. |
