Popis: | The effect of various factors (purity of the precursor silicon powders, mechanical grinding techniques, type and amount of nitridation and sintering activators used, and heating conditions) on the phase formation, structure, and physicomechanical properties of silicon nitride materials obtained by reaction-activated sintering under normal nitrogen pressure has been studied. Specimens with a bending strength of about 545 MPa were prepared. |
