Popis:	The effect of unequal ion mobilities, particle shape, and the inclusion of the image correction factor on the charge equilibrium for fibers and platelets was examined using numerical simulations. The calculations are based on the principle of “detailed charge” balance. The distributions are compared to those of spherical particles with the same volume or surface area.
