While leach tests to date on simulated high level waste (HLW) forms have been conducted at temperatures ranging from 20° to 350°C, little has been done to determine the actual temperature dependence for the interaction between the waste form and the leachate. This report discusses the results of a study to determine the effect of temperture on the leaching behavior of several HLW forms. |
