Popis: Presentation of Case A 52-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of severe back pain. The patient had been well until 13 months earlier, when he had low back pain after lifting a 45-kg object. Three months later, he returned to work. Four months before admission, the back pain recurred when he turned abruptly, and he began to have intermittent low-grade fever and sweats.
