| Popis: | We report seven collections of upright chickweed, Moenchia erecta (Caryophyllaceae), from Guilford County, North Carolina. These appear to be the first reports of this species in the state, the first collections in the southeast since 1958, and the first collections east of the Mississippi River since 1993. |
