Popis: The purpose of this paper is to consider issues related to the little-known problem in the area of knowledge management. This problem is the “burden” of knowledge (unwanted knowledge). In pursuing the aim of this paper, the following issues were discussed: the issue of action, knowledge in the organization in the context of cooperation and the effectiveness of actions.
