Polarizational depth superresolution in the remote probing of semiconducting media

Popis: It is shown that polarizational superresolution restores the pulse characteristic of the medium being probed, regardless of the form and duration of the probing pulse and the probing depth. Simulational modeling of polarizational superresolution confirms that this method is effective in the remote probing of laminar semiconducting media with a small dielectric-permittivity gradient over the depth and with a relatively fine laminar structure.
