Popis:	The anterolateral ligament (ALL) has an important role as a knee stabiliser of coupled anterior translation and internal rotation. Significant and clinically important advantages of combined anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and ALL reconstruction compared with isolated ACL reconstruction have been demonstrated. This chapter provides an overview of the relevant anatomy and biomechanics, surgical technique and clinical outcomes of ALL reconstruction.
