The manual was prepared for dentists, surgeons and maxillofacial surgeons during additional professional training in the advanced training program "Selected Issues of Surgical Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery" in a remote form. The manual provides up-to-date information on the prevalence, features of the clinical course, diagnosis, principles of treatment of odontogenic inflammatory diseases that are most often encountered in the practice of a dentist surgeon and maxillofacial surgeon. The manual is illustrated, contains tasks in a test form, situational tasks for self-testing by students of the material studied.
