Popis:	A new strategy for the solid-phase synthesis of unsymmetrical ureas is described. Upon treatment of Kenner safety-catch linker with an isocyanate, followed by TMSCHN2 or iodoacetonitrile and an amine, the corresponding unsymmetrical ureas are released in solution.
