Popis: | We have studied the gamma luminescence of undoped and Pr3+- or Ce3+-doped Y3Al5O12 crystals gamma-irradiated at 77 and 300 K. The results demonstrate that, depending on temperature, three excitonassisted activator luminescence excitation mechanisms are possible in YAG crystals. |
