Popis: This paper has five sections. It begins with an overview of the baseline parameters for the research which describes the supply systems guiding housing policy implementation. The second section presents an overview of HIV/AIDS demographic impacts. The third section presents an assessment of the economic impacts. The third section presents an assessment of the economic impacts of HIV/AIDS on the construction sector. Section 4 draws out the main implications of the demographic and economic impact of the pandemic on the construction sector for the implementation of the housing policy. Finally the policy implementation recommendation are presented. (excerpt)
