Popis: | The Fibre Reinforced Polymer Composites have been used in a wide arrangement of usage in the vehicle parts, construction sectors and packaging purposes. In this work, the Natural fibres and Polyester resins are used for making composite material in view of their negligible exertion of creation, easy to make, openness and prevalent nature of the normal fibres diverges from flawless polyester mastics. As of late, there is an expansion enthusiasm for natural fibre-based composites because of their numerous points of interest. In this, an examination has been carried out to improve the usage of coconut coir and coconut shell powder for making value-added products and components. The distinctive natural fibre strands delivered from the coconut coir are used, such as Coir Pith (CP) and Coconut Shell Powder (CSP). These trademark fibres or filaments are gotten together with the polyester resin and Glass fibres (GF) to make another Composite material. The examination of Mechanical Properties of the composite material are carried out to find the tensile strength, compressive strength and toughness of the new composite material. The drilling characteristics are analysed by drilling the composite material using HSS drill bit. |
