Popis: The investigation of electrodynamic characteristics of periodic nonlinear composite media on the base of nanophotonic, metallophotonic and magnetophotonic crystals are guided on making of new element base of radioelectronic engineering of XXI century. Nanophotonics has great potential of application in perspective nano-technologies guided on making of the radioelectronic arrangements of sub-THz and THz-ranges (SHF, EHF and HHF bands). Photonic crystal nanostructures possess the impressive possibilities on creating of perspective devices with small energy consumption and low losses. The research of nanophotonic structures with dynamic in homogeneities, using the interacting of electronic streams with wave processes in the solid bodies; the properties of semiconductors, dielectrics, magnetics and superconductors in magnetic and electric fields is very important component of THz electronics engineerings.
