Deadbeat controller design for high order systems: Application on unmanned aerial vechicle

Popis: This paper describes the design and structural aspects of the advanced proportional integral derivative for nonlinear higher order systems. The design scheme combines deadbeat equation, feedback control, robust control, and the replacement of system zeros with a single gain for simplification purpose. Unlike previous implementations of deadbeat controller, it was possible to apply deadbeat response on a system with a third order zeros without applying any change on the system poles; The design scheme in illustrated on an unmanned aerial vehicle angle of attack. Computer simulation shows that the implemented improvement results on enhanced time domain response and remarkable system robustness to uncertainty.
