Popis: | The strong influence of Nb excess in K6Li4Nb10O30 (KLN) ferroelectric crystals on optical and second harmonic generation properties makes it necessary to develop a non-destructive characterization procedure. Raman spectra of KLN are very sensitive to the Nb excess. The broadening and the peak position of an octahedron mode give a quantitative data to determine the Nb excess: for increasing concentrations, the frequency of a particular mode decreases and a broadening of all the modes occurs. |
