A framework for jurisprudence in Islamic Finance and Banking conceived, to help Mufti (jurisprudent) in the process of retrieving and generating Fatawa, to link Imam with expert mufti from all distances, share the right fatwa, satisfy the huge number of queries asked daily to expert Mufti. In order to achieve all these goals, Case Based reasoning (CBR) approach was adopted. It is one of the most popular paradigm used in the legal systems. The Islamic Finance Application Ontology (IFAO) has been built by reusing and adapting the constructed (IFBO) Islamic Finance and Banking reference Ontology and integrated to the CBR framework to ensure a more accurate similarity measurement. This ontology provides a domain vocabulary and permits the determination of degree of likeness between two classes or objects(semantic similarity). |
