Popis: This study focused on identifying the gap in red meat in Egypt, duringthe period (2000 – 2015). To achieve the objectives of this study, methods ofquantitative and qualitative analysis was used. Results showed an increasingtrend in producing, consumption, percapita consumption as well as food gap inred meat in Egypt during the period under study.
